As a Latino born and raised in Puerto Rico, Roberto not only deeply understands the challenges immigrants face in the United States, but also personally identifies with their struggles. This drives him to provide legal representation with empathy, respect, and determination.
He earned both his Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating with honors. He is licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico and Maryland, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Roberto has extensive experience in immigration law, Maryland workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle accidents, having successfully represented individuals in deportation proceedings, family-based and humanitarian visa petitions before USCIS, workplace injury claims, and in motor vehicle accident lawsuits.
